Homestay Program + Discover Paris

Through our three week Homestay program, you'll have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with French culture and improve your language communication skills by becoming a member of a French host family.

After your homestay, the participants will gather in Paris, Monday July 23rd, 2007, and will meet their French tour director, who will lead them during the whole tour. This tour will offer the participants an opportunity to discover THE very famous Parisian cultural places. The program will include excursions to the Tour Eiffel (up to 3rd level), an evening cruise in a famed "Bateau Mouche" on the River Seine, visit to the "Château de Versailles", and tour of la "Musée du Louvre". Other visited sites may be Cathédrale Notre Dame de Paris, Notre Dame du Sacré Coeur, Quartier Montmartre, Quartier Latin, Boulevard St-Germain, and / or Jardin du Luxembourg. The participants will stay 3 nights in a 2-star hotel located in the Paris area, with all meals, transportation and Tour escort provided.

(Scheduled departure from Canada is July 2nd and scheduled return to Canada is July 28th, 2008)

Program Cost includes:

• Local orientation prior to departure
• Escorted transportation to and from the host family
• Homestay with full board
• 3 Nights Hotel in Paris area with full board
• Medical, liability and emergency return insurance
• Continuous local support during the whole program
• 24-hour emergency number
• A Canadian chaperone for groups of at least 15

Program Cost does not include:

• International flight to and from Paris
• Passport and visa fees
• Personal spending money
• Recommended 100 Euro per week
• All personal expenses
