ACCREDITATION POLICY

Accreditation for courses taken while on the program is the responsibility of the participant. Furthermore, Nacel cannot guarantee that credits will be awarded.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be signed and received in writing. The date of the postmark or fax reception will be considered the valid date of cancellation. For any cancellation, regardless of the reasons, the following amounts will be non-refundable.

More than 60 days before departure:
$600.00

30 to 60 days before departure:
$1000.00

8 to 30 days before departure:
50% of the program fee

Less than 8 days before departure:
100% of program fee

OPTIONAL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Take note that participants will not be allowed to apply for coverage after confirmation payment has been received by our office.

Under the term of the insurance, individual participants will receive a full refund (less the premium paid for the insurance and a $50.00 administrative fee) should they be forced to cancel at any time prior to departure due to serious injury, sickness or death (either personal or of an immediate family member). It also covers the cost of the unused portion of the tour (as deemed by Nacel) should a participant be compelled to return home due to the same circumstances.
