Study a semester or year abroad with Nacel For students looking for a language and cultural experience we offer a number of scholarships to study in Brazil, Germany or Québec with the new option to study for a semester or full school year. Brazil - semester or full year Students will live with a host family, attend a local high school and become part of the community in a setting that offers the opportunity to develop their linguistic ability. CHOOSE FROM TWO TYPES OF SCHOLARSHIPS Type A (Reciprocal Hosting) Student will receive a full scholarship covering all ground costs related to the program (does not include flights). The student's family will agree to host a Nacel foreign student for a full school year and will receive no compensation for hosting the foreign student. The student and family must meet all program requirements and agree to a personal interview with a Nacel representative. Type B (Partial Subsidy) Student will receive a partial scholarship covering all ground costs related to the program (does not include flights). The student will pay a fee of $5000.00 while Nacel will cover the remainder of the program cost. The student's family will not have to agree to host a Nacel foreign student. Student must meet all program requirements and agree to a personal interview with a Nacel representative
Scholarship Application must be received no later than February 15th, 2012 Short-listed applicants will be interviewed by telephone before the end of March Scholarships will be awarded by May 1st, 2012
