Tutorial Program in Lisses (near Paris)

Participants are placed in attractive suburbs of Lisses (near Paris). Excursions and full-day trips are designed to take advantage of the abundant cultural attractions of this historical area. Small classes of only four or five participants afford ample opportunity to improve French-speaking skills and build knowledge of French culture. Tutors are chosen for their competency in teaching French.

For three weeks, classes are held in the morning (a total of 12 hours per week) and afternoons are devoted to tutor-led excursions. A weekly full-day activity completes the program. Evenings, weekends and remainder days of the program are spent with the host family, who is eager to welcome a foreign student into its' everyday life. All host families provide full room and board.

Extended Tutorial Program in Lisses (near Paris)

Add to your initial Tutorial Program experience by spending an additional three weeks sharing daily life with a second French Homestay family (will be placed in different area of France). Transfer to second family will be on July 25th.

(Scheduled departure from Canada is July 2nd and scheduled return to Canada is August 21st, 2008)

Program Cost includes:

• Local orientation prior to departure
